Weight-Loss Walking Workout to do at Home with 3000 Energizing Steps
This 25 minute 3000 energizing steps walking workout will help with weight loss, especially if you cater the 20 second walking intervals to your fitness level. You can walk at my pace with me, or if you're able to, you can pick up the pace and jog or run before joining me again for the next exercise. This workout is all about making it your own. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 3000 steps (including the stretching exercises at the end).

    This is the second time I have tried to finish this workout and I just can't because I personally find this one boring, too many repetitive moves for me, too many tricep kickbacks etc just not enough variety or challenge with this one unfortunately :(.

    I really enjoyed this workout with the old classic rock music. Ahhhh, brought back many memories and good times. I don’t normally send comments, but I wanted to tell you thank you for putting on such good videos to work out to. I think the thing I like the most about them is that you don’t fill them with silly jabber. You only say what you need to and then you demonstrate what we need to do.     I've just finished day 7 and I'm loving this series. My only issue is I'm 60 and have bad knees, especially the right one. Wherever you do lunges, I find my left knee doesn't complain TOO much, but when I do the other side my right knee buckles and I just can't do them. I know you said we can modify and do the sit-to-stands or squats again, but my question is should I keep trying to do them with the knee that isn't complaining? I don't know if it's any good to only do the one side. Thanks for a great series.

    I found this accidentally last week, and I LOVE it! I've had long COVID for two years, and I was a whirling dervish before becoming ill. I am 73 years old, and am working to get back to the 10,000 steps. Right now, it's 8000+, but with your encouraging music and great smile, I will get there. Thank you!

    I have tried workouts with 3 other vloggers who focus on seniors but, Jules, yours are the best! I finally was able to use heavier weights! And I’m better at lowering my shoulders but now I’m tightening my neck on a couple of exercise. Any suggestions about how to focus on letting go of my neck muscles? Thanks!

    I didn't realize this was an interval workout until I started doing it. Since I had done one of your interval workouts yesterday, I just did it as a LISS workout. That worked for me!
